Astrona is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Community Manager to join our pioneering team of 35+ full-time builders.
As a Community Manager at Astrona, you will be the heart and soul of our online community, ensuring a positive and engaging environment for all members. Your role will involve monitoring community channels, addressing user inquiries, and fostering meaningful interactions.
Likewise, the role involves independently developing and implementing community engagement strategies, fostering growth in collaboration with the growth hacker, managing and tutoring moderators, de-escalating problematic situations, and ensuring there is a positive atmosphere in all Astrona’s projects’ communication channels.
Adaptability will be crucial as you handle various community dynamics, embodying the proactive mindset that thrives in a startup environment.
Maintaining consistently high community engagement, enthusiasm and overall positive atmosphere in projects’ communication channels is your solemn duty as our Community Manager.
You will work closely with other Astrona’s team members in order to stay informed and on top of all internal developments with regards to marketing endeavours and product development, so that you may perform your duties optimally.
Your role will involve developing and executing community engagement plans, as well as innovating on existing known-to-work community management approaches—always looking to achieve maximal impact.
You will communicate effectively with community members, maintaining transparency and fostering collaboration.
Adapting to changing community needs as well as changing crypto market conditions is of utmost importance, as these can have quite an impact on the necessary approach to community management. Hence, your role requires consistently demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
You are a seasoned community manager with a proven track record of managing and engaging Web3 communities. This is of the utmost importance as you surely know as a Web3 enthusiast that the crypto space is very peculiar and requires extensive knowledge related to it.

Your portfolio of previous Web3 work experience demonstrates your ability to both develop and execute community engagement plans, as well as deal with the very diverse responsibility of being a Community Manager.
