Role Overview

The role has two key aspects—the first is the growth marketing itself, which also includes collaborating with different departments of Astrona, and the second is keeping an eye on all crypto happenings, on a day-to-day basis.

By keeping your hand on the pulse of the Web3 industry, you are acutely aware of the current marketing trends, how the larger community breathes, as well as its subsections, and ecosystems.

This allows you to fully adapt your innovative marketing strategies so that they are fully aligned with the current situation in the industry, allowing you to realize explosive growth on a regular basis.

Your Role

As our Growth Hacker, you will be at the forefront of our user growth and engagement strategies. Your role is to ensure cohesive growth efforts across all channels, for multiple projects.

Your role will also involve analyzing data, identifying gaps, proposing innovative solutions, and implementing these ideas to drive our projects’ growth forward.

You will be quick to adapt your strategies and tactics in response to new trends and data insights, constantly refining and optimizing our approach. Understanding the balance between white hat and black hat growth hacking techniques, you will navigate ethical considerations while pushing for results.
