Astrona is on the hunt for a detail-oriented Narrative Hunter to join our innovative team of 35+ full-time builders.

Role Overview

As a Narrative Hunter at Astrona, you will conduct in-depth research and analysis of the crypto market on a daily basis—identifying trends, opportunities, and potential threats to our portfolio of projects. You will generate actionable insights that inform our strategic decisions and project development.

We are looking for candidates who are essentially narrative hunters with experience in a startup studio environment. You should be adept at proposing innovative project ideas. If you possess copywriting skills, there will be opportunities to contribute to content creation efforts, although this is not a requirement.

Your Role

As our narrative hunter, you will be the key to unlocking critical insights about the crypto market. You will work closely with our product managers, developers, and other researchers to ensure that our projects are informed by the most current and relevant data. Your analyses will directly impact how we navigate the rapidly evolving crypto landscape.

This will allow you to directly affect the direction of our operations, and consequently in which direction Web3 itself is developing, leaving a personal mark on history.

You have the profound ability to find a “micro-needle" in a Web3 haystack, recognizing explosive growth and potential—before it is realized.

As a narrative hunter, you possess a keen sense of identifying and understanding the latest narratives that shape the crypto space. You are always up to date with emerging Web3 trends, news, and developments, and you have a natural talent for distilling complex information into actionable insights.

Once critical information and insight have been acquired, it is written down by you in a structured, comprehensive document, and presented to the Astrona team.
